Tonight we conducted worship at West Concord Church of Christ.  We do this every year. I was nervous, but I think I did great leading my song and saying my speech!  We also did our puppet show.

Now we are ready to go to convention in Nashville. I can't wait!

In Bible class on Wednesday nights at church, we have started studying the 2nd Junior Leader series. We are learning about Jesus being a great leader.

Philippians 2:3 says "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit , but in humility count others more significant than yourselves."  This verse talks about being a good leader too.

Jesus is the best leader!

This is the first year my church is doing puppets for Lads to Leaders. We've practiced a couple of times and it's fun! Our show is about some birds that get stuck in a net, but they work together to get free. Psalms 133:1 says "Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity."(ESV)

Saturday night I spent the night at the McWane Center with my Dad and scouts. We had a great time. I enjoyed going to a class so I can earn my naturalist badge. I also liked exploring the floor full of puzzles.

We watched an IMAX movie called Journey to Space. The movie reminded me that God created everything.  Col 1:16 says: "For by him all things were created, in heaven on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rules or authorities - all things were created through him and for him."
